#2 Prohibited
If happen to be broken promises below repeatedly, the VBs are going to be indefinitely undisclosed.
+It is can NOT be forgiven to claim about changed name of copyrighted works/its authors. Additionally, please refrain from redistribution.
+Do NOT use for crimes/propaganda(※)/politics/defamation/discrimination.
※About the selected word; not "religion" but "propaganda", it means permission for songs include somewhat religions and casual religious events, example: Christmas and Easter.
Although, make sure that you avoid getting us connect with any extant groups, please.
+To reproduce VBs and its official pictures anywhere that unrelated to synthesizer voice or to use official artworks for your SNS icon/header are NOT accepted. If you want to do it, talk to me beforehand.
+All corporate use is going to be rejected. Please note it.
#3 Permitted
As long as you keep promises shown #1 and#2, You can use VBs/create fanfic/make goods, approximately free. Therefore it's possible to express various genre and NSFW.
+You need NOT show the names of VBs or people involved.
Though it is helpful that describe VB's names because of search.
+The official full body pictures is free to use and retouch if it keep the shape of the original characters.
(to the extent of contents about synthesized voice or for fanfic.)
+You can distribute manipulated "oto.ini" or ".frq" only itself without official permission.
+In the case you want to sale an original song or an artwork with VBs supported in this site(※1,2), please contact me in advance. This request is to grasp by official.
※1 No profit is safely and can do without official permission(as "doujin").When beyond it, is regarded as commercial use.
※2 The cases that artworks of VB characters requested of creators is NOT restricted because the money is for their skills.

+For over 2 years, no update the official site and stopped all official accounts is defined as owner's disappearance.
(It'd be great if you couldn't redistribution when DL links have expire in this case.)
+If any trouble or damage caused by VB or its characters supported in this site happen, nevertheless you can NOT bring me to book.
